Fitness Classes Our classes are designed for all fitness levels. NO excuses! We work in a station/timed setting. The music is up, we warm up together, we demo each station/exercise so you understand proper form/technique, then we get moving! Each person sets their own pace. So you work as hard as YOU can. The person next to you works at their own pace. We have progressions and regressions to each exercise, so no matter what modification you may require, we have an alternative that can work for you.
